The room felt spacious with three queen beds, perfect for our family. The decor looked modern, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the space. A small downside was the tight bathroom area. it could use some extra room. Breakfast options were limited, mostly carbs with a few fruit selections, which could be improved. The pool area was decent, but it got crowded quickly. Staff were helpful, especially when I had to request additional towels at the front desk. However, the elevator was out of service during our stay, making it a hassle to carry our luggage. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, though there's room for improvement in certain areas.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent cleanliness during my stay. The pool with the water slide was a major hit with the kids who had a blast exploring. The breakfast included was not only generous but also a great way to save on dining costs, which I appreciated.

The staff was A+++ friendly and helpful, always quick to drop off towels. Breakfast was basic but plentiful (loved the fruit selections! ). Indoor pool was also a nice touch! Perfect for our early flight out.

The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions and even hitting up the ski resorts. The indoor pool and breakfast options were great too. It was easy to visit recreational spots like the local amusement center and enjoy the area's outdoor activities.
One downside was the little issue we had when we needed to mention some housekeeping and maintenance matters, but they were resolved relatively quickly.

Staying here made exploring an absolute joy, with Cabaret Carol just a short stroll away and several parks nearby for a relaxing break after walking the charming streets of Quebec City. the cleaning staff were excellent, ensuring everything was spotless during my stay.
